"No, mam. The geraniums match my shirt!"

While watering yesterday, an elderly lady commented about the garden, especially the geraniums:

"And your shirt matches the beautiful color!"

"No, mam," I replied. "The geraniums match my shirt!" 

She laughed and walked on.
